Does anyone have experience in producing a calendar ?
Its just about the 6th month of 2006 if we get together with some pictures of our prowlers and form a 18 month calendar for Jan.07 I think we can make a few bucks for the site, and come up with a real nice product...
What does everyone think ? Hints, Suggestions, ideas ???
lets have it...
check the end of the thred for updated list...

Dreamer comes through !!!
Shutterfly can do 50 of the 18 month Calendars for $15 each....If we sold them for $19... we could donate $4 each to Prowltalk....
its a great start.... maybe we can get the printing done cheaper if we shop around...
I'm sure we could get 18 nice pictures of Prowlers......TUIVC has that many himself....
question can we sell 50 ?

Tailor-made for selling on Ebay (That will give an opportunity for the others to buy them without actually advertising them on another site. We may have to kick up the Ebay Buy-It-Now price a couple of bucks to cover the auction fees.). . .and, I'll take two.
One potential problem: Since you're making a profit on the calendar, we will need signed releases from the owners of the cars we use. So, everyone will have to start collecting pictures and signatures right away. I have a release form I can modify for this purpose. (That's how I kept that video of Rex The Wonder Dog, Denise Richards, and myself off the Internet!)

great suggestion Scott....
I guess we need to start collecting 18 pictures....
or 12 if we go 1 year...
ScanKat took some beauty's in San Diego...I've got a couple nice ones,
it would be great if there were different ones from different Prowltalk members....I'm sure Dusti could come up with his favorite....Brian has the purple...
we got some time so lets do it right ......
check in Dudes !
what does everyone got ?

My Kat would be honored to be on the same pages as Pumpkin.... :tu:
once we get 12 or 18 Kats... each owner can pick their favorite picture and submit it... if we don't get enough then we can take a couple from some of us....lets try to get some awesome scenery in the background....
Dad always said "whats worth doing, is worth doing right "
if we don't use any logos or copywrited stuff we don't have to worry about DC trying to bleed us....
just pictures of the cars and "www.prowltalk.com" at the top of each page

After the 1st run is done, we can do:
1. Signed/Numbered Halicat Special Editions
2. 12 different calendar covers (or # of Prowler colors)
jeez...this is what I get for collecting too many comics...

Sounds like we shouldn't have any trouble getting 12 or 18 nice pictures...
Whats everyone think ?
should we go 18 months or 12 ?
the 12 month would cost $10 each if we get 50, we could sell them for $14 and donate the $4 each to the site...
The 18 month would cost $15 each, sell for $19 and donate the $4 to Prowl talk...
ideas ?
lets remember to keep it simple so things don't stall out

Count me in for 2 of either size.
If you're asking which we should go with, I think the 18 month version has a longer sales life - People will keep ordering them even if they're six months old.
I'd also volunteer some pictures if you need them. I'll shoot you a copy of the releases we'll need participants to sign later this afternoon. The release simply gives Prowl Talk the publishing rights to the pictures as well as the profits from selling the cars' likeness.
I'm with everyone else . . . Lets get this thing going!

Scott makes a good point. It'll give the calendar longer legs. Scott also have a great silver.
If Orange is offering his kat's pics, we should make him wash it first :D

logic wins ! ....18 month it is !
so I assume we will go from December 06 to May 08...
Scott , you get the lawyers to do lunch and take care of the paperwork..lol
lets collect up our favorite pictures and Get-R-Done..we should try to have them printed and ready to go by no later than October 1st
Keep the cameras handy.....take lots of pictures...we will need to compile a list of all our names that want to submit one picture each.... if we still need to get more to make up the 18... we can then vote on the additional photos
i'll call around some printing places to check pricing and get a few details....and find out some details from shutterbug....
if anyone else wants to check into it as well... go ahead,
we'll just report what we learn back here as the info comes in...

I was speaking to a printing company today and set up a meeting next week to get options as far as size and quality of paper etc..
he says that he can give us whatever we want, and meet or beat shutterbugs pricing...we will need to get the photos burnt on cd's and must be high resolution otherwise they will blur out when they are enlarged.....
more info next week...

for example:

- nick name of Kat if any

what might be nice is to put the owners car picture on the month of their birthday...

Hi Friends,
Just wanted to give everyone the heads up on a project we are working on at www.prowltalk.com
The members are collecting 18 photo's of members Prowlers and compiling a 18 month calendar. The calendar will start Dec 2006and go till May 2008. we will probably start off with a print run of 50 We will charge $4 each above the cost to donate to the site to help David cover some expenses for the year.
For those that speak up there is the option of getting your photo on the month of your birthday. Obviously this opportunity is limited as there are 6 months that are going to be two dec, jan, feb, march, apriland may and six months that there are only going to be one. If you don't get your birthday month you will still get a photo in, as long as its before we get the 18 total.,
The first 18 members that speak up get a spot, but the calendars will be available to all that want them.
Theres not a bunch of rules but your picture must be of your car....
he is a link to read up on the progress.....

Jim.............................if there is a Jun left, in either year I'll take it !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jack
when it's all said and done, if there's no claim on August, that's our anniversary..30th this year :)
I'm sure I'll submit multiple photos...but the choices should be spread for all to partcipate in, no doubt about that! Are you considering more than one photo per page, or just the one 'big' one...or not sure yet at this point?
WIll definitely buy at least 4 copies of the 18month... probably more.

I trust Hali to be the chief judge (he's the official ProwlTalk Prowler Art Director anyways) for selection of photos for the calandar :tu:
However, should Black or Orange be the most featured colors in the calendar, it is absolutely OK!!! :rll:

I was thinking of just one photo per page...because of the 11 x 17 size, but I'm also getting prices on the larger calendars, if we all decide that bigger is better, then I don't see why we can't have a couple pictures per page as long as it doesn't hike up the price.
once we get 17 i'll take the last spot to make 18...if August is open when we get ready to go, then GT can have it.....!!!...
you can lock up August now but you would have to give up your birthday month...

I think that each member will submit the picture they want to have on the calendar.....

Well, I decided to get my Avatar fixed properly. I found a nice little link from "the other site" LOL - Oh wait - can I actually type it and not have it say XXXXXXXXX ... :) from POA that showed a nice MS plug-in for resize. I did that and made myself an image that fit the requirements. It's only 22Kb and 120 X 90 pixels. Then I select my image as my avatar and what do I get ....

Well folks... I went to the printer today to get some prices and options for our project.....
here's what i came up with....
18 month 36 page calendar..stapled, not spiral bound, ChorusArt Gloss paper.
Qty 100 ------8.5"x 10.5" folded, 10.5" x 17" open----$47.35/ea
Qty 1000 ------8.5"x 10.5" folded, 10.5" x 17" open ---$ 5.61/ea
Qty 100------ 11" x 17" folded, 17" x 22" open ---$67.85/ea
Qty 1000----- 11" x 17" folded, 17" x 22" open ---$ 8.32/ea
obviously set up cost is high and the ones quoted are excellent quality.
This print shop is huge... the largest in eastern Canada.
I'm going to investigate further get some more prices from some smaller shops to see
if any of them can give us great quality at decent prices...
I might be wrong, but don't think selling 1000 calendars is within our ability...
thats 55 per each of the 18 contributors or about $310 each (8.5 x 10)
Right now Shutterfly at $15 for Qty 50 of the 18 month calendars is our best choice.
none of the other on-line printers offer the 18 month option.
I believe that the Limited Edition Prowler Calendars for 2005 were the 12 month $10/ea type
I will keep searching and keep everyone informed....
We have lots of time and I would expect to start asking for Photos around Aug 15th...
If anyone can find any other otions let me know....
comments ??....

Hali: I would go with Shutterfly (I might be biased since I've recommended for them initially) But they do have the best prints I have seen so far compared to other online photo/calendar printers. They have won numerous awards:
http://www.shutterfly.com/about/prs_sub_news.jsp
And if we plan it just right, we can use their discount coupons (e.g., 15% off, or free shipping etc I can get those coupons easily)

Wow....They certainly have satisfied customers.... and if you have seen their work and it looks good...
I think we should go with them...
I have signed up on their site and will ask some questions and get some details regarding how we can get the best quality ....
if you have any knowledge please share it with us....
I have to educate myself on digital photography to understand some of this stuff....

Jim,

I would think we need to pre-sale so no one would have be out of pocket...Also i think since it's a 18 month calendar we sell few later...

David,
I just went back and totaled up commitments for 33 from 8 different members...
if the remaining 10 from our total of 18 buy two each that would make 53...
as far as estimated sales... i have no idea, but would think selling 100 total shouldn't be very hard....
if we can keep the sell price below $20 each they shouldn't be that hard to sell...
I was quoted today by a small print shop $21 each for a 100 lot.
Thats 18.60 each US funds, delivered to my door, (on glossy paper).
just another option...

I am going over to the print shop next week to check out some samples to verify the quality,
I will ask about the 200 quantity price.
Whatever the cost is we add the $4 to donate to Prowltalk....
We will have to keep in mind that the 1000 price is only less than $5 US funds each.
If we ended up buying 200 at Shutterfly @ 15.00ea that would be $3000 total,
for $5000 we can get 1000 copies.
Postage to ship them shouldn't cost very much, my best guess is $3-4 each shipment...
I bet a few of the "other site" members would buy them if we put them on e-bay........ 8)

Well, since nobody picked up the ball and ran with it on the other side, I'd have to agree with you. But "someone" might get all upset and decide they NOW need to print their own - LOL. Oh and charge $45 each for them. I don't know what they're buying things at, but I would think things should be at cost only a couple dollars extra for helping out. But I thought I saw coffee mugs like $15, folding chair for $45 .... :?

I think we can pretty much expect that.....Don't forget , having things for sale and actually selling them are two entirely different matters....and we don't have to pay Chrysler a pound of flesh to sell our own pictures of our own cars.....

1. Images should be at least 3 megapixel.
2. Multiple images can be selected. We will create a collage of the images for that month if all the images are desirable for be published.
3. Images should be emailed to: prowltalk@gmail.com since the image file server on Prowltalk might not accept a full sized 5 megapixel file.

Dreamer, hate to disagree with you, but 2 meg won't cut it. Pic's look fine sure, but the issue is when you blow them up beyond say 4 X 6" full color glossy photos they become very grainy and you lose resolution.
Jimbo, I've looked and bought different cameras for myself and others and have found that an important aspect in cameras is the lens maker, which will give you the crisp quality of colors you desire. then also of importance to me has been shutter speed (IE how many pics I can take per second, etc.) And then the other item for me to consider has always been what kind of memory card does the camera take. I have SD cards for other items, so I like to stick with a common media source.
Oh and of course, then there's the optical and digital zoom. Optical is better than digital, but a good combo can give you enhanced zoom features. it all depends on what you want the camera for. And if you want one that slips in your shirt pocket or if you're willing to have an SLR that is the old style big camera with better quality.
I'll be glad to help you out. Let me know what you want the camera for and what price range you want, and I bet I can help you find one.

OK - a quick update on camera for Jimbo ... So far I'm liking the Nikon Coolpix. I found a 7600 version (7.1 megapixel) for $195. And the 5600 version (5.1 megapixel) for about $150. What I like about these cameras is that they use double A batteries. this means never being stuck without batteries and needing to recharge. My fiance has one of these cameras and we just kept 4 NiMh double A batteries and a charger for the batteries wherever we went. Worked great, whereas my camera if I was out of charge, I was screwed, hers we just swapped batteries. Also - a nice option with this Nikon is that it has its own internal memory without the SD card, so if you're in a pinch with a full SD card or if it's still in your PC, you can still take pics. Plus the photos on it were really crisp colors and resolution. I'm going to keep looking and find where best price is on them, but google it and see what consumer reports has to say.

Must be Egypt  they must be blocking that site, cause I can't even go to the base site. Anyhow, one thing I use Ebay for is research. by looking at COMPLETED items, you can find fair market value. http://search-completed.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&from=R10&satitle=sony+dsc-s600+new&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&bs=Search&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D2&fgtp=&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=33409&fis=2&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=
In this case, I'd put fair price for a new DSC-600 at about $155. This is looking at the cameras that are sold that were new without a buy-it-now price.

Hey Dreamcast,
I have a Canon EOS Digital Rebel SLR rated at 6.3 Megapixels. There are multiple image recording quality settings based on the desired print size of the picture.
The highest setting is for a print size A4 (about a 8.5" x 11" print). To get to the 6.3 Megapixel level and that print size, I have to use either "Large - Normal" (1.8 MB file size) or "Large - Fine" (3.1MB file size).
I know the "Fine" setting is of higher resolution, but can the server handle a 3.1MB data transmission? Or, are we going to send these in on a disk or memory card?
I just want to make sure I shoot them at the right resolution so I don't have to go back and do it all over again!
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Scott, I'd hope they are able to handle 6 Meg pics, if not, you can always use a resizer program. How do you like your SLR ? I figure my next camera will be an SLR, in that it should get better pics and options.
Jim, if you have any problems, I'm sure one of us (I'd be glad to when I get home) could buy the camera and ship it to canada for you.

Scott:Gmail (the email account we're using for photo submissions) has a file size limit of 10MB per file. So 3MB++ is not a problem. And the printing will take anything from RAW to JPEG (the higher quality the better)

KrzyKat - Love the SLR. Although the camera is huge by modern standards (it's like an old school 35MM body), it is so nice to get accurate composition when shooting. I hated trying to frame the shot on the little LCD screen found on cameras like the Sony Macava (sp?) and thier ilk. Plus, you can change ISO speed, focus points and a million other things. I bought the digital Rebel because I had the 35mm Rebel and loved it as well. It was therefore a lot easier adjusting to digital when the camera had a similar feel as the old camera. Ity's sort of a middle-of-the-road camera. Nowhere near as nice as Scankat's Nikon, but for me, the Canon works well and has a lot of nicew features (some of which I've never figured out how to use!)
Dreamcast - Thank you, I'll use the "large fine" setting. Although I could use the Raw mode, I have no idea how to edit it once it's in the computer. I'll just stick with the basic stuff!

Hi Friends...
Just wanted to keep this alive and figure that we should all try to have the picture we want to submit by August 31st... that gives us all summer to get some good shots. I will be back from Newfoundland and should have a new camera by then.... I have over 300 pictures of my Kat and none of them will be any good because of the low MP's....
that gives us 10 weeks........
I think we will end up needing 200 printed but unless we can get a better deal on 200 , we may want to go for 100 to start then get another 100 after they sell.......
lets keep the drive alive !!

On a side note: For the cover page of the calendar, I suggest we do a collage of ALL the featured cars using either photos in the calendar or '2nd choice' photos (since I assume we're gonna get alot of good photos). Does anyone know how to do collages or a good collage application?

You are correct Randy,
Since we were out of months when George signed up, I offered him the cover... but it seems to me that the collage could be put on the back page...I believe that the 2005 Prowler Calendar had done that....
I don't think the plenum will be done this summer......I have to find one at a reasonable price or lay up my Kat to have it done... I'm going to ask the airbrush artist how long he would need the car for to do the plenum and the other areas under the hood.

JUST JOKING hahaha - sounds great - congradulations, but make sure it takes pics with colors to the quality that you want. I think they got a 30 day guarantee in case you're unhappy with it.

Hey Randy...
I will check it out and let you know what I think of the quality.
I did find out that other than the shutter speed lag, it was reviewed high on the list of cameras in that price range.

I have sent this e-mail off to shutterfly to get the process moving....
I'll report back when they reply
remember, we need hi resolution pictures ....
Hi,
The car club I am in is interested in getting an 18 month calendar together. You have come recommended by a member of the club. We would be interested in 100ea of the 18 month calendar to start and feel confident that we will end up needing at least 200 total. I have a couple of questions that I need answers for before I can go any further.
1) I have 18 pictures for every month, i need a picture on the cover and one on the back... can we do this calendar with the 20 pictures ?
2) I would like the web address of the club printed in text at the top of each months picture. Is this possible ?
3) once I place my order, how soon will the first 100 be ready to ship ?
please get back to me as soon as you can...
Thanks
halicat

here are the answers to the questions i asked Shutterfly...
Dear Jim,
Thank you for contacting Shutterfly.
1) The service you mention is not one that we currently have available. We may offer it in the future.
2) Presently we do not have this feature. If this is the one you want I would suggest you to use and image editing software and add the web address to your image and then upload it to your Shutterfly account and use it for your calendar project
3) Calendars are generally processed between two to three business days and shipped via the shipping mode you have selected.
sooooooooo.....
the best we can do is 18 months plus the cover
we have to add www.prowltalk.com to each of the pictures ourselves...
and they will be able to get them done quickly...
what I will do is pay for the first 100 with my visa card....what would make alot of sense is to get one of you guys to take receipt of the shipment and send them out to the buyers. I can do it but I think it may be a little cumbersome and time consuming to send every shipment through customs as I'm in Canada and last i looked am the only Canadian.
i'm going to look into the details a little further and report in if I find anything....
halicat

just found this in the fine print.....looks like we can get the www.prowltalk.com put on the back cover....its a start

hey Jack,
Once we put the call in for everyone to submit the pictures at the end of August we will have lots of time to get them shipped and all delivered long before Nov 1st.
Once they cross the border I will have to pay the 14% General Sales Tax.
We have some time to work out the details....
I will have to look back through the posts for some alternates like Snoman in case ther are any cancelations...
Please speak up if you want to be on the alternate list...

Hi Jack,
let me know if you want to do the shipping... I think Ohio is pretty central in the country...
I want to make sure we understand the "alternate"...
everyone has the months they have spoken for...
an alternate is someone on standby in case one of the 18 sell their car or for whatever reason don't want to get into the calendar....

just wanted to see how everyone was doing on their pictures...I've got mine narrowed down to about half a dozen that I like. We still have lots of time...I think our goal sould be to have them ready to ship mid October, so realisticly we should have this project completed and ready for print October 1st the very latest...If you don't have your photo ready to go by October first then we will have to look for alternates....
The goal is to have all the calendars delivered to everyone by November 1st
October 1st is the last day to submit your photos

Suggestion:
4. Hali will own/manage the prowltalk@gmail.com account since it can handle up to 2GB and 5MB file attachments. Plus he will need the full sized image files for the publication.
5. Hali can then re-size and post them on the forum for all to view.
just my 0.02
just keeping this on the current page so we can refer to it easier...
lets keep this in mind as we get ready to load up all the pictures...
if anyone has any questions regarding their submission they can send them to me and i can get Dreamer to check them out or you can send them directly to him....
lets not wait untill the last minute then have to run around scrambling for a picture...

08-24-2006, 08:26 PM
Hey hellkat, I think is a good idea to send all those pics to you that we like, but I think it should be up to the person in charge of the final calendar layout (you I assume) to determine whether a collage or one picture that stands out would work best with the calendar.
Cause I know I plan to send in a selection that I think are good, and that doesn't mean a collage of them would work best for the calendar.
Just my 2 cents worth

In the spirit of Democracy......I am leaving the picture choice up to each individual... if they want a collage , then its up to them to prepare it and send it to me.
Myself, I am submitting only one picture....
once we get all the pictures in, i will be asking for everyones order on the quantity of calendars they wish to buy. I will need this by the first week in October. The cost will be $19 each plus postage. my minimum order is 50 units total.

IMPORTANT INFO:
Shutterfly discount offer
August 24 - September 27
For a limited time, buy one 12-month or 18-month Calendar, and enjoy 50% off additional Calendars of the same size.
Buy first Calendar for:
12 months 19.99
18 months 24.99
Get all other Calendars for:
12 months $9.99
18 months $12.49
The bottom line is we can save $236.50 on our order of 100 units if we order by sept 27th....This will probably pay for most of the shipping
Question:
Can we all get our pictures to me in time to place the order in time to get the discount ?
I really would like to get this discount as the purchase of these is going on my own Visa card...
here is our list, the months will be marked "DONE" when I have a picture for that month, we can all follow the progress as i mark them off.
pictures can be emailed to me at: fourdunbracks@eastlink.ca
or to: prowltalk@gmail.com
The submitted picture MUST be 3mp or larger or they will look like shit ( blurry ) when they are blown up to fit the calendar page.

I just copied and pasted this info from shutterfly regarding calendars in hopes that it will help some of you guys decide on what pictures will work....
For calendars, we recommend that each image be at least 1600×1200. If you try to use a low-resolution picture in a calendar, a low-resolution warning will appear. This warning is important - Shutterfly is not responsible for unsatisfactory calendars resulting from a failure to heed this warning.

Report in :
I just received my 12 month test calendar from Shutterfly in the mail. ...
I gotta tell you I'm impressed.... much better than I expected.. the pages are from card stock and quite stiff, not that thin paper stuff. the pictures are all from my Newfoundland trip. With the exception of one that I had cropped a little to much, were very clear.
don't underestimate the value of using a large file picture, my pictures were taken with the $199 wonder 6mp camera. I will use the pictures you all give me, but strongly suggest that if you don't have a high mp camera, then get a friend with one to take the picture for you. We don't want anyone upset because they have a blurry picture on their month.
You guys are going to be totally happy with these....
great work on Dreamers part to direct us in this direction....well done !
my Calendar cost me $25, was shipped in 2 days and arrived in 10 days after ordering......That is awesome considering that they were shipped from California to Nova Scotia.
Please guys don't wait untill the last minute to get the pictures in......I only have 5 months and the cover so far...

we can do all that.........
Its easy to add a location at the bottom of the photo, I have www.prowltalk.com on every page to the left side, i should be able to put a location on the right side....
I can post a picture of all the pictures for everyone to see
the extras can be posted in a seperate thread, would taking up all this space with the pictures that we post cost David more money ?
He is already footing the entire bill for this site, I would hate to cost him more money....

 Shoot Jim, been dragging my feet a little on the consent forms. I've gotten everything I need from David. I'll email them out to everyone tomorrow. Then we all have to sign them and snail mail them back to David (I'll include his address in the email).
David and Jim, you guys can coordinate through this thread which ones you're missing. We only need 19 signatures.

Ok, I emailed an actual copy of the photo release to Dreamcast, Skankat, Miss Kitty, Dustis, Ty-K, Pumpkin (Norm), 01 Prowler (Ron), Bob Miller, and George Maxey because I could find their email addresses.
Everyone else (I think!) has been sent a PM asking them to respond with their email address (Prowltalk does not support attaching documents through their email link, and the link does not show your actual email address.) Please respond to that PM with your email address as soon as possible so I can get the form in your hand. We need to snail mail this back to David by the 25th of this month. And, if I somehow overlooked you, please forgive me. Just PM your address to me and I'll get you the release right away. I'll check my inbox a couple times a day so there won't be a long wait time on my end.
My apologies for waiting until the last minute! Thank you so much for your quick responses!

we are all brothers here.....
I won't ask for any money untill they are ready to put in the mail....
I guess a money order would be best as I'm in a different country....
I think an IOU from pumpkin would be the next thing to cash anyway....just like legal tender...lol

Hi! Just wanted to clarify why the release is necessary in case anybody had any reservations about signing it.
The calendar will sell for about $4.00 more than it costs to produce, and we all agree it is our intent to pass along this four dollar per calendar profit to David and Prowltalk. This money will ulitmately be used to defray the costs associated with running the website.
Since we are providing the material that Prowltalk is selling (the pictures of our cars), we need to sign a release pledging that the income generated by the pictures are for his sole use and we forfeit any right to the revenue our pictures generate. Otherwise, David is not protected from the possibility of one of us stepping forward and wanting a cut from the calendar sales. Now, I realize none of us would do that . . and this document just confirms that intent. It simply makes what we're saying casually in this thread, a formal statement that is legally binding upon us.
Let's face it, the calendars will be a lot of fun for us as collectors, but it will only raise a few hundred dollars for the website. We need to protect David from the possibility of him having to defend himself in a legal action, which would potentially cost more dollars than the calendars generate. Otherwise, that financial liability looming out there would make it so it's not worth it to proceed.
Please note, also, that the release specifies the pictures are to be used in relation to the Prowltalk 2007-2008 18-month calendar. That means they will be used in the calendar, and some of the pictures might be posted here and there for use as promotional pictures (maybe Ebay? maybe a home page of the website? ). In fact, you should just consider the picture you submitted to be the property of David and Prowltalk from this point forward. But, this is not an exclusive agreement . . .you still own the pictures and have the right to do anything you'd like with them, including selling them to other people if the opportunity should arise.
As a reminder, I am NOT an attorney. I use these forms from time to time in my business and I do trust the attorney that wrote them up to protect me in similar situations. But, if you are not comfortable with my explanation, or would like to make sure that what I THINK this form says is correct, please contact one and verify what I've written.
Thanks, and feel free to ask any questions or make comments.

Scot,
maybe you could explain the purpose of the consent form, I've been asked why we have to sign this....
inform us oh mighty one ....
David,
do you have a fax number these can be sent to?... my worry is that snail mail may not get them delivered to you in time to make the deadline, if we don't make the deadline the cost will increase over $230.00 for the 100 units...
please folks..........
get me the photos asap...
If I don't have them by the 23rd , I will give your spot to someone else...
TEN DAYS LEFT don't send me a small file on the last day and expect me to put a blurry picture on the Calendar......

Well the money order will cost so much. postage to Canada is a min of 63 cents. So if we have to pay a little more with pay pal, it is a wash.
