A few of us are gonna go through the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia in October. Not sure if any of you might be interested or not. I went to college in that area and I never miss a chance to go back. Choice of Body Treatment and Hydrotherapy Tub Soak.
Le Papillon offers three body treatments:
Lavender Dreams: enjoy a lavender and sugar scrub to exfoliate, replenish and invigorate the skin. Warm lavender lotion is then rubbed into the skin leaving your mind calmed and your skin supple.
Soin Velors: A customized body polish using marine and plant extracts. Red and green algae is combined with sea salts and essential oils to exfoliate and moisturize skin.
Phyto Marine: Great for cellulite - this treatment utilizes clay that is smoothed onto the body and then followed with a mineral enriched oil.

60 minute Signature Massage: Tailored to the guests individual needs - our 60 minute signature massage is a full body treatment that combines eastern and western techniques, relieves muscular tension and revitalizes the body.
60 minute Signature Manicure: Australian Eucalyptus and Chinese Jasmine are used in this herbal organic treatment. Hands are massaged, dipped in a moisturizing paraffin and exfoliated. Nails are groomed and a polish or buff is done.
60 minute Signature Pedicure: Australian Eucalyptus and Chinese Jasmine are used in this herbal organic treatment. Feet and lower legs are massaged, exfoliated and feet are dipped in paraffin. Nails are groomed and either polished or buffed.
Lunch: The lunches at Le Papillon Day Resort are 4 courses. Because our chefs plan the menu and shop on a daily basis it isn't possible to tell you this far in advance what will be served on the day of your services. Generally, the meal begins with a small amuse bouche is followed by a soup, a pasta and then the entree course. Our chef's use only local produce whenever possible and are truly skilled in the cuisine they provide. Though 4 courses may seem like an extreme amount of food - the courses are generally quite light and guests rarely leave feeling over-stuffed! We do post our daily entree selection on our website under Spa Cuisine/Daily Offerings if you would like to see the types of things we serve.
The cost for the Refreshing Journey is $310 per guest. With the 10% discount applied it comes to $279. These prices do not include gratuities.
Please do not hesitate to contact me directly with any questions you may have.

This 100-mile, two-lane road snakes along the entire length of the park, riding the spine of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. This is the scenic drive against which all others are measured, with scores of pull-offs for you to enjoy the panoramic views, grab a bite, or take a hike. The best place to start is at the beginning, in Front Royal, Virginia.
Food service, gift shops, service stations, and facilities for campers -- such as grocery and camping supply stores, laundry, and ice and wood sales -- are at various points along Skyline Drive. Horseback trips are offered at Skyland Lodge. All facilities are open in summer, some are open in spring and fall, and most are closed during January and February.
