...no event fees, just cheap hotels and some free food courtesy of the Lucid Eye....the food funds care taken from his dog food and liquor account and he ain't too happy about it...the Eye is planning on whizzing on as many Prowler wheels that weekend as possible

...kind of a low pressure visit, not a lot of driving since everyone has already driven a long distance to get here...more interested in visiting, seeing some kool things and having a good time with good friends

...no event fees, just cheap hotels and some free food courtesy of the Lucid Eye....the food funds care taken from his dog food and liquor account and he ain't too happy about it...the Eye is planning on whizzing on as many Prowler wheels that weekend as possible

...kind of a low pressure visit, not a lot of driving since everyone has already driven a long distance to get here...more interested in visiting, seeing some kool things and having a good time with good friends

I need a little logistics help. The weekend of the "Nationals" I also have Parents weekend at the University of Dayton, where my son is attending. I need to split my time between the two events.

So..... I am probably going to be able to be in New Castle most of Saturday.

Where will everyone meet in the morning?

When will everyone be taking off for the day's events?

I am likely staying Friday night in Dayton, so it's only about 90 miles to New Castle, and I can get there at about any time in the morning.

...Thursday, Mr. Ed and I are going to Indy to try and finalize plans I have for one of the days here...I'll post some real info in a day or so when we get things sorted out

...last year, I tried not to drive everyone to death as many of you travel long distances to get here
...Thursday will basically be a meet & greet
...Friday will be about a 1 hour drive to Indy with several things planned and probably dinner in New Castle at the Mex rest again, it seemed like a big hit last year and later hanging at "the home" if you wish
... Saturday about a 1 hour drive to 2 big hot rod shows and then a party at the home that nite
...Sunday, breakfast, group pix and possibly one last local car collection to visit...


...the emphasis is on visiting friends, seeing some kool car stuff and relaxing

...I am most happy to host the event although the Lucid Eye is a little stressed about his food budget being used to feed Prowler Trash, but he needs to lose a few pounds anyway, the poodle down the street hardly looks his way these days...the Eye has warned me there might be a slow down on Trophy production if his food rations are too thin

...there are no fees of any kind and you will eat free Sat nite and Sun morning...all else is on you...I'll have way better details to post in a few days, but this gives you a rough idea what to expect

we can do the "Nursing Home Nationals" as many years as you guys want to come to New Castle and you all know you are welcome here any time you are passing thru Indiana...all traveling Prowler owners eat for free any time at the Highway 38 Diner...and yes, all Prowler owners are welcome

ps...there will be a small parting gift again this year in appreciation of my friends taking time from their busy lives to visit New Castle, I am truely humbled

...Thursday, Mr. Ed and I are going to Indy to try and finalize plans I have for one of the days here...I'll post some real info in a day or so when we get things sorted out

...last year, I tried not to drive everyone to death as many of you travel long distances to get here
...Thursday will basically be a meet & greet
...Friday will be about a 1 hour drive to Indy with several things planned and probably dinner in New Castle at the Mex rest again, it seemed like a big hit last year and later hanging at "the home" if you wish
... Saturday about a 1 hour drive to 2 big hot rod shows and then a party at the home that nite
...Sunday, breakfast, group pix and possibly one last local car collection to visit...


...the emphasis is on visiting friends, seeing some kool car stuff and relaxing

...I am most happy to host the event although the Lucid Eye is a little stressed about his food budget being used to feed Prowler Trash, but he needs to lose a few pounds anyway, the poodle down the street hardly looks his way these days...the Eye has warned me there might be a slow down on Trophy production if his food rations are too thin

...there are no fees of any kind and you will eat free Sat nite and Sun morning...all else is on you...I'll have way better details to post in a few days, but this gives you a rough idea what to expect

we can do the "Nursing Home Nationals" as many years as you guys want to come to New Castle and you all know you are welcome here any time you are passing thru Indiana...all traveling Prowler owners eat for free any time at the Highway 38 Diner...and yes, all Prowler owners are welcome

ps...there will be a small parting gift again this year in appreciation of my friends taking time from their busy lives to visit New Castle, I am truely humbled

10am leave for Indy
11:15...Ray Skillman Muscle Car Museum...150 cars or so
1pm...lunch at HOOTERS...Outback next door if anyone is offended by HOOTERS...HOOTERS girls will be available for pix with the cars if anyone is interested
2:30...head to Indy 500 Museum
3pm....arrive Indy Museum...they also have bus tours of the infield etc...Petty Driving School is there the same day...several nice picture opportunities at the track
5pm, leave Indy for New Castle
6:30pm arrive NC and go to the Mexican Rest

9am breakfast at the diner
10am, leave for Dean Festival/hot rod show, about a 1 hour drive...
there are 2 big shows and a street fair all with in 4 miles of each other...let everyone be on their own Sat
6-7pm until ???...party at the home...food supplied by the Lucid Eye
