I was amazed at their response. They were "livid" when I explained the issues snoman has. I was told there will be a "ZERO tolerence for snoman." plan in affect during our event for snoman if he attempts to create as much as a threat during the event. snoman will be promptly arrested and kept in jail until the event is over.
