Oh man that would be awesome for throwing sneakers with the laces tied together...kinda like a nike nun-chuck.
yet somehow they are more cost effective... oh yeah that's right a 10 year old does not have to get paid as much...

Dont get me started ...
Lets see I work for a company that 2/3rds of the employees work in India
4 years ago my Dept was 200+ now its 60 - Most of those jobs went to India -
About twice a month I end up having to call some unfortunate call center
Today it was Blackberry Support. If you have ever met me you would quickly pick up that I have very short tolerance for the clueless. Especially if Im paying you for support.
Well the poor Blackberry support guy may have been in Canada ( where most of the support is ) but he was indian and was BARELY able to read the script they gave him.
Here is a short sample of our conversation I cant type in an accent so you have to imagine
Him " what is your Tsupport number ?"
Me " I entered it in the phone 15 seconds ago"
Him "What version of the Blackberry server are you running "
Me " I told you that 25 seconds ago"
Me " The device state says "invalid" what does that mean ?"
Him " does the device receive email ?"
Me " The device state says "invalid" what does that mean ?"
him " what is the Pin number of the device "
Me " That doesnt apply to this problem - answer the question - The device state says "invalid" what does that mean ?"
Him " Let me check my resources "
a minute later
Him "What version of Domino are you running ?"
Me " You asked and I answered that at the begining of the call"
Me " The device state says "invalid" what does that mean ?"
I insist that they be able to comprehend the language and that they answer the question that is asked.
Yep the labor cost was 10% originally - Its now rising every year, soon it will be 40-50%
Labor cost savings is easy to measure and to get approved.
The customer satisfaction is much tougher to measure and is delayed by about 18 months typically. It will eventually catch up.
RANT OFF

after looking at the picture, and thinking of what I go through with our business. I'm not surprised. :smflame::smflame:
