How many miles have you put on yours?

Took the Prowler out tonight, and noticed I have only put 1100 miles on in the past 16 months since I bought it... Not that I drive my daily driver that much either.. It has 2500 on since I bought in Aug/07..

Makes me wonder.. How many miles have you put on your car since you bought? How many per year?

Weather took a turn for the worst Sat and Sun , Snow flurries , 30's Sat and Sun, Still waiting for the weather to change , most of the miles on the Kat were from last your at Tulsa and Woodward , little of 4,000 miles had 600 miles when I bought it

Bought it in '01 and from '01 to '04 we put only 3K miles on it ........... yes, I treated it as a garage queen ......... then came a defining moment, meeting fellow Prowler Owners and go cruising ...... :biggrin: ...... so from '04 to '08 .... 13.000 miles of smiles, literally ! :beer:

Bought mine in december of 2003 with 200 miles on it. Drove it home 1100 miles.
I'm sitting just over 20,000 miles and have not had it out this year yet.

500 miles of on a trailer time. :mad::mad: Whole nother story.

Bought mine with 1,600 miles in April of '07. I have 15K miles on it now. 5K from the route 66 trip. Was worried about putting miles on it when I got it. But I enjoy driving it too much. That is not to say that I don't baby the hell out of it and keep it extremely clean. I am not going to worry about miles anymore. If I want a garage queen, I will go buy another one someday. We all know there are plenty of those out there considering there is a small community of active drivers on the road.

Before I even bought the kat, I read the boards and realized that some of the largest prowler events only brought out around 60 or more kats. Woodward '07 was obviously much larger. What I want to know is where are all the other thousands of kats that were made??? Sitting in garages is my guess.

Bought mine in 04' with 5K, now I have 13K. I drive it whenever it is nice out, and 1-2 seats will work. It's not a garage queen, but not a daily driver either.

...the Kandi Kat (my least favorite kat) had 175 miles on it, then it went to the meet in Tn.....last time it was on the highway...it has been moved a couple of times and in a parade a couple of times....it currently has 1300 miles and has for almost 5 years, since Tn.

...the Yelo Kat has only 225 miles....parades only and has been moved a few times....probably hasn't had 25-30 miles put on it since 2000...I had 2 Yelo Kats new at the same time, the other one got 3-4K miles real quick, then I sold it

I bought mine in September 05 got 3 months of seat time, the past 2 summers I had 8 months of cruising each summer.....
It had 2800 miles on it when I bought it, today it just turned over 48,000 miles, Thats a little over 2500 miles per month when its on the road...

51K in 9 years = 5700 miles per year, more than I thought, and they haven't been on the road since Woodward last year...I drove the 01 Orange every day during 2 winters, snow and ice....

2.) Orange Peeler, Orange, 12,300 mi. (Total 22,700 from Nov. 05)
3.) Orange Crush, Orange, 6,100 mi. (Bought Apr. 07) Sold Aug. 07
4.) HiYo Silver, Silver, 5,800 mi. ( Bought Sept. 07)

Only problems were heed to replace shocks on both and one second shock on '01 left rear.
Had to replace hood shocks both cars.
Other than that they are perfect.
