I got some samples of Travis's work... I am so lucky to have such a tallented artist paint my car... after seeing his stuff, you can probably understand why I gave him the Prowler and told him to "Paint it as it were his own".....

Did he paint your side mirrors? I don't recall seeing any from the recent pics...might be worth considering since some of the flames go to the hardtop right?

here's why i think it might look good:

1. The samples above shows Travis is excellent with curved surfaces (very realistic 3D look/feel)...the stock side mirrors are curved (and boring) :tu:

2. Since the side mirrors stick outside of the Prowler...they should technically encounter air resistance -> FLAME ON!

just my 0.02...Travis probably knows better since he's the artist...:statiictongue:

I agree... its a good idea... I will ask him what he thinks when I get the car on the road.... their shop is around the corner from where I work..

I dropped by to see Travis yesterday and took a couple pictures of his current project.... the motorcycle gas tank is just about done , the faring still has more colors added and a few coats of clear but you can get the idea...
