Surfice rust, solid car even the trunk floor is solid. The car should be media blasted... These cars were made of 20+ guage steel... Here is some more photos of this 54 year old Eldo. to show the floors are solid... Looking for $30,000 but make me a offer... I have 2 more in better shape, but not on the selling block.. YET!onecatnodog:tu: http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f65/onecatnodog/100_7319.jpg

Thanks HeliCat for the wish of luck.. I just have to much JUNK... Susan's is Pressuring me to sell the Viper and I'm not ready to do that... Boy your right Diny about this being a Crash'em derby winner. Can you imagine cutting off some old person that has one of these in your Prowler... Not only is it fast enough to catch you but the front grill would eat that little Prowler alive and not show a scratch... Dead Man's Curve like... onecatnodog:rll: http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f65/onecatnodog/100_7333.jpg

I had a 64 Riveria that got hit by a toyota one winter.... Tore the whole front end out of the Toy and all it did to me was one dent behind the rear wheel, that I pushed out with my hand from inside the trunk, and a scratch on my bumper...
they don't build them like that anymore......

katmat: Loved it! You made me laugh...Thanks for the good Idea, that means your coming right... To dry here in Colorado to rust it that bad, not like when I lived in Chicago were they use SALT and your car would rust in the Garage... Besides it took me 15 years to dig it up using my little beach sand shovel... The other two were stacked on top so they were in much better shape. Thanks for the offer XTC but I keep the Viper around as there is nothing like a Snake in the Garage. Thanks guys for the bump on my add! onecatnodog:tu:

Well the highest offer so far is $21,500 on the Old Eldo Conv... The most often question asked was does it run... It did when I parked it 15 years ago so last Saturday I went over to the storage lot with a friend with a battery booster and some gas and YEP it starts, runs and drives as long as you use the E brake to stop it... I would like to thank all that responded to this post and sent me E mails on this collector car and here is the video of the Eldo coming alive... Thanks onecatnodog. http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f65/onecatnodog/th_79798.jpg (http://s45.photobucket.com/albums/f65/onecatnodog/?action=view¤t=79798.flv)
