The hurricane only hit black families.

New Orleans was devastated and no other city was affected.

New Orleans has no white people.

If you are hungry after a hurricane, steal a big screen TV.

White folks don't make good news stories.

Only black people got seperated in the rescue efforts.

Don't give thanks to the thousands that came to help rescue you, instead bitch because the government hasn't given you a debit card yet.

Ignore warnings to evacuate and the white folks will come get you and give you money for being stupid.

my take is:

1. nuke NO...let it become Lake NO, no more pumping of water out
2. just like Pompeii and Atlantis..let them sick!
3. I pay enough taxes already

At my motorcycle meeting this week one of the gals wanted us to donate a $1000.00 for the relief efforts. Much conversation but we voted NO! When is enough enough? For some of those people it's the best thing that has happened to them. Personal responsibility?.... when does that kick in?Shit, we are giving the HOMELESS cash and housing. It's a windfall for many. Didn't have insurance...tough shit. You took a chance and you lost. No job? Get an education.

Hey days don't want much.... Just the free FEMA trailers, welfare checks, medicare and food stamps for free beer. Oh wait they also want the money from the Red Cross! Those $800 purses and strip clubs just blow the crap outta the welfare checks! What a friggin' disgrace!

I agree, in fact, STOP offering insurance to such crazy disaster-prone areas...so that no banks will finance any development there.

I sorry to say this, but there are places that are just not meant to be inhabited! Just like those crazy cliff homes in Malibu! Why should my tax money subsidized rich folk's insurance???!!

We have an area up by Jefferson City called the bottoms that has a flooding problem. The area floods, the Feds and the state give these people money to rebuild, then when it floods again, they just repeat the process. Crazy, and a great example of the American way.

Once maybe, twice......tough shit. I'm for helping people that experience a problem, but not to help over and over again fixing the same problem.
