I heard the Potiac Solictice (sp?) is going for 5K above MSRP! I don't understand why anyone would pay that much extra for it.

What I've seen so far it looks like a pretty nice ride. I was going to say that it was very reasonable in price. I forgot that the dealers were the ones selling them.

The new Z06 vette is going for 25 to 30 thousand OVER sticker. Geez.....

What scares me is how much the Cayman will go for above MSRP! The sad thing is private schools for kidz in LaLa land runs into the 1000s...enough for the monthly payment for a nice new sports car...might have to move to LR's neighborhood if we ever have kidz..heh

Sadly they will be be hammering folks on the first Caymans. Just like last years vette. Give it a year or two. Hope you get it. Looks like a very nice ride.

I'm not really excited about either one. More cars that will be selling for over sticker, especially the Pontiac. Word is that next year the Solistice will have a lot more motor. Then more prices over sticker. Still look like chick cars to me.

Agreed. That's why even though the S2000 has dropped in priced, and used ones are affordable. I would never get one. Same for the Z.

I am however tempted to look for a good deal on a BMW Z8, Viper, Vette Z06 and RX7 (93-95).

That said, any Woodward, BlackTie or Black Prowler going for less than 30K..i would grab them too. 8)
