Have some relatives in Ider. Spent quite a few summers in Hokes Bluff. Remember having to stop at the river and honk the car horn. Old guy would come down and let you on the ferry, then push it across to the other side. Only way to get there for years.

Also have a lot of family in Gadsden.

I would drive up but I want get off work till about 3.30 AM Sat morning.
Yes I know that I could get there in time, but need a little sleep after this 17 hr shift

I'll probably just go up there for a while but won't show - still got company here and
not time to sit with the old guys for 1/2 day :lol:

The one in Fort Payne is NEXT weekend again if I'm not mistaken but I'll check and let ya know ! :tu:
