Need HELP :)

OK here is the problem we are facing http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/smilies/smile.gif Certainly its a good problem to have as far as problems go LOL .....The prowler we are looking for is mostly for the wife , I just got my 2007 harley ultra classic and the kat is for the wife.
Looking @ a silver kat with 2700k with the trailer for $38,000. Also looking @ a orange with trailer has 9800k and asking $39,000.
I think the silver b/c of the lower miles and the wife likes the orange alot better then the silver.
So what would you do lower miles or the color you like better ???????

I'd pick the color that she likes (because I like the same one!). If color is such a big factor (as it is with me), then go for it. Still, less than 10k miles is still in very good shape.

If she goes for the silver, she'll know that it has less miles, but the idea of "it couldve been an orange" will bite at the back of her brains every time she gets out and looks at it.

Choose the one that is the color you prefer......both colors are awesome. I have heard that ones with low mileage sometimes have problems if they have sat for long periods of time, seals dry out... etc. try to find out if one of them has sat for extended periods of time as opposed to one that has been driven everyother weekend regularly...Mine was 4 years old when I bought it and only had 2800 miles on it.... I've never had a problem with the car and have 67,000 km's on it now......

after the 2000 model year, the choice is all about color...

Mileage is not the way to go sometimes. How it has been driven and maintained is. Toohipcat has over 40k on his 97 and I dare you to find a better looking 97 anywhere, better than showroom. It's all about the color that moves you the most. Unless your lucky enough to own more than one!

Well with all the help from anyone we decided on the orange one + trailer :)

Another thing to consider is whether either has extended warranty.
