Hello Everyone!

Hello everyone, glad to finally be part of a forum of Prowler enthusiasts!
My name is Cristian and I'm a graphic designer in Long Island, New York.

I met a prowler owner at a show recently (2002 candy red with black bra and a trailer), had a chance to talk a bit about the prowler and see it in person once again (I saw an inca gold at a dealer and a silver one at the same show). I still havent had the chance to drive one, but I don't think driving it will make me not get one, hehe.

I loved the car the first time I saw it in a wallpaper back in 97, but being that I was only 13 back then, I'd forgotten about it until I saw one last year. Since then, it has been my goal to own one. I'm saving up for a hefty down payment, and I should be ready by Q2 2008.


Anyways, I'll be over posting some questions in the general discussion area. See you around!

I believe I saw the link somewhere on POA. I was gonna sign up there as well but part of the registration process asks my address and other info I'm uneasy about giving out.....yet. Once I own the car, I'll probably just jump right in.

I see that you are on Long Island, well a bunch of the east coast guys and girls will be staying at the Hampton inn on rte 454 and the LIE. There will be approx 15-20 prowlers starting friday the 20th untils sunday, you will get to see about every color, then there is a bunch of guys that go down to the old OBI at jones beach on sunday mornings which is anothe op to see more. Good luck on saving your money to get one.

welcome Dino. i see that you have been getting a slurry of misinformation about prowler colors. Let me give you the straight scoop. RED Prowlers have been proven to do the following: 1. Be the coolest cars on the road. 2. Improve your sexual performance due to the heightened confidence level red Prowler owners experience , 3. improve your looks due to a semi-permanent smile that you will undoubedly have after acquiring a RED Prowler, and 4. provide a good starting conversation starter with the local cops who will be pulling you over since Red Prowlers are the absolute FASTEST prowlers ever built. Black Kats are unigue as Black is not actually a color, but the absence of all color...
this reduces the over all weight of the Black Kats making them the fastest...
