Prowlin Las Vegas Schedule of Events

Las Vegas is more then just Gambling, Lights and other things we can’t talk about.
We have planned a week of exiting adventures.
To start, the South Point Hotel and Casino is a 5 star Hotel with a 3 star price. Great Rooms, Food, Bowling, Theatres, Bingo and much more.
They are doing everything possible to make this an incredible Event.
Here is a schedule of events we have planned for you,

Day 1, Sunday May 6, 2012
We will have registration open from noon till 7pm poolside.
Come say hello and pick up your Goodie Bag. Besides the normal items in your Goodie Bag you’ll find some extra exiting items, including a $15.00 dinner voucher per paid attendee. You’ll have plenty of time to get settled and clean up your car.

Day 2, Monday May 7, 2012
Today we will be cruising to Hoover Dam. We have private tours set up. After we will be going over to the Hoover Dam Hotel and Casino for lunch. After lunch we have arranged helicopter tours for $29.00 per person for anyone interested.
After the dam we will be cruising to the Valley of Fire.
The evening is open.

Day 3, Tuesday May 8, 2012
Today should be a fun day. We have been invited to the new location of Rick’s Restoration. This is a very popular TV show. If you haven’t seen this show yet Look it up, you’ll be hooked. They have planned a BBQ lunch for us, and they may even have the production crew there filming.
After Rick’s we will be visiting a private car collection.
The evening is open.

Day 4, Wednesday May 9, 2012
Today is Speed Day at the Las Vegas Speedway. We will start the day with a tour of Carroll Shelby’s shop and car collection, combined with a tour of the speedway. We are also working on having lunch available at the speedway. We are waiting on the schedules for driving schools for EXOTICS and NASCAR. Wednesday evening we are working on arrangements for the drag strip for those who are interested.

Day 5, Thursday May 10, 2012
This will be our Service and Product day at the hotel.
We will have various vendors giving demonstrations and will have product available.
We have also made arrangements for a well-known local pin striper. He will be there all day offering a special price for all Prowler owners. We will also have different company representatives available to answer questions about their products.
Thursday Evening we will be having our Awards Banquet.
After a GREAT dinner we will have drawings and awards.

Day 6, Friday May 11, 2012
Today will be an optional day. We will have several cruises and local attractions for you to attend. One Group may go to Area 51. Another may go to Red Rock. Another may visit other local sites. We will have sign up sheets and some one to lead each group.


Day 7, Saturday May 12, 2012
Today will be check out day for many of you. The end to what we plan on being a Prowler Event you won’t forget.

I want to thank Phil Manzak, Gary Empfield, Mike Rakoski, and Debbie and Steve Faint for working so hard to make this a GREAT event.

We are almost sold out on our first 100 rooms and have added another 25. Please do not wait on making your reservation, we will be sold out.

We are starting to receive your registration forms. Please don’t wait till the last minute to send them in. We cannot finalize many of the activities nor order several of the special items we have for you till we have your forms sent in.

We are looking forward to a fantastic week at Prowlin Las Vegas 2012

I've been working in Las Vegas for last week and toured SouthPoint Hotel and Resort with one of my client groups. It is going to be a nice facility for the Prowler event next May!! I'm not sure which area is reserved for parking but as far as the hotel goes it has a large casino, multiple food outlets from a buffet restaurant to Steak & Shake to upscale food venues. There is a great pull area and a 64 lane bowling alley along with Rodeo Arena and convention center on property. Being about 3 miles south of Mandalay Bay on the "Strip" there is much less traffic to negotiate when the Prowlers all leave for group crusies. :tu:
