Out of everyone that owns a Hardtop how many leave it on all the time, switch seasonal or switch regularly? Just curious?

I took mine off for the winter storage.

I can't tell you what i've done because it has never been on the car yet, but I'm planning to leave it on full time except for July and August... then it will be off on the hot suny days...
I do not intend to drive the Kat on any days that are not going to be nice....

Hardtops on both kats have only been taken off for pin adjustments. Otherwise...they're on 24/7. Hardtop look rocks..but it kinda bums when we see the nice SoCal sunny weather.

Mine's on all the time. I'm going to take it off soon to install the deck protector.

I still have to buy a dek protector but I think I want a clear one, who is selling them now, I have to get the long pins too because when I tighten the top down with the short ones it is hard to get the top off.

Another question is do you do anything to the soft top because I had to really clean mine for some reason it looked like crap when I put it back up and it was clean when I put the hard top on.

Paul, the guy from Wisconsin sells them. I got mine a coulpe of months ago.

3-M has a protectant that I use but I don't remember the name of it.

I also have the short pins. I wonder how much they'll soak us for the longer ones. They should be free replacement. They weren't designed right to begin with..... JMHO!

We just go to a local clear-bra only place to have them cut a custom clear 3M piece for the deck. Works great + you get local warranty.

Call Nani and buy the new pins. I think they're not cheap. The new pins are SOOO MUCH better than the crappy old pins.
