Yes they are, hoping to win an SLK55 next month. We have amg wheels on two of our mercedes, thats close to an amg, right.

It's a start I guess. lol Had my share of Mercedes, but always in the shop for something. The quality has gone way down. Our last decent Mercedes was my wifes turbo diesel wagen. . Now that was a runner and never a bit of trouble. It could outrun many of the gas models. Bought a few since but have been disappointed with them.

Your right, we have four 560sl, slk,500sl, 300e.I still like them. The new diesels are really great.

Really do like the diesels a lot. You can hardly hear them at idle and the turbo runs well. I just hated filling them up with fuel. We carried disposable gloves to do the job. Seemed like every diesel pump had fuel on the handle and if you got it on your hands or clothing it was nasty.

The new diesels will give you a time for 0to60, which is not too shabby.
