Insurance for Prowler Trailers

Looking for information about insuring a Prowler trailer..... is it insured separately from the car or as an accessory/upgrade to and included with the Prowler? Too much money/value not to insure. Possibly covered by my homeowner's insurance?? What say y'all? :-|

I have mine insured on the same auto policy as the rest of my personal vehicles through Allstate. I think it's around $100 a year extra (highway robbery). I told them it was worth $6000 and have full coverage though.

I've been thinking of re-examining the trailer insurance but haven't made the time to do it.

My trailer is on with my kat. The extra premium for full coverage on the trailer is $50.00 per year.
