Miller Tool Kit for Prowlers

It is my understanding that all Chrysler and Plymouth dealers who sold Prowlers had to purchase one of these tool kits. I occasionally come across one for sale. I take it these tools are specific to the Prowler...? For what specific maintenance or repairs are these tools intended? Suspension, transmission, steering, ???? I do most of my own auto work, so I'm wondering if having this kit might be worth the $300. or so.....??? :?: :?:

I don't know much about the kit... I do know my dealer doesn't have one because he had to make a tool for the ball joint recall that was done. I had often thought of buying a set to have incase something happened and I needed work done at a place that didn't have the tools.
