I ordered one of theis a month ago from Larry Lord. He took my order, told me six to eight weeks. I've been charged, should I be concerned or am just paranoid. I know he's busy:confused:

Do you mean Bob from Real Rod ?

If so, you will have to ride him to get it done... Bob is a great guy and will come through for you but has alot on his plate with a full time job.....

don't be afraid to be a pest.... he is used to it....

Real Rod sold them and yes he is a great guy to deal with. He does have a full time job now so give him time.Well we paid $640 plus $20 shipping. So at $ 750 buy now, so around $90 not a real big profit. IMOP:beer:

JOYRIDE...did you ever receive your order from Bob Goetz/Real Rod that you already received a charge on your credit card for? He shouldn't charge anything until the merchandise is ready to ship out & not months in advance... :rolleyes: (guess he needed to pay that $900 POA vendor ad fee, afterall they do need the money...LOL)

Your right they wanted top dollar, but with Real Rod's manufacturing issues of late this does not sound to bad of a price. At least it is available now. I sold one on ebay one month ago. Started the listing at 400.00 it ended at 651.00. and the guy still has to paint it to his car's color!!

I have always said the A/P looks okay but don't do much for blocking the wind.. i sold mine with in few weeks of getting it back in 1999.....
