wetsanded with 320 then 600 , and ready for paint

then came the basecoat

another 5 hours for about a total of 20 hours so far got home at 10 last night, still have to block and wetsand , polish , stripe and paint the side markers , and mudflaps , and black out the taillamps , but should be home next weekend

Uhhhh, Kid.. I've changed my mind, I dont want to sell the Trailer afterall. I'll be up this weekend to pick it back up, please be sure it is rubbed out and washed before I get there............................................. ........................................:biggrin:

no problem :biggrin: we had a little fish eye problem on the top but it should all polish out , pounded the last to 2 coats of clear to make sure that I do not rub through

yes Pepe it was Mulholland already , but like a few pics showed earlier had a few flaws and was fine to pull to any event but for the shows I was thinking I wanted it to be more perfect , if I would have had to pay to do this it would not have gotten done

Man, I cant tell you again how much I appreciate you doing all that work to the Trailer! I'll be there tomorrow morning to pick it back up.
Please make sure it is washed before I get there, I dont want to be accused of towing anything dirty.............:beer:

Buddy you do not want to come this way NOW , you thought it was cold then , we are having 40+mph winds and the temp was 12 with the wind chill way below zero , sounds and feels light the house is blowing off the foundation

Holy Moly:eek:. Aint worth it to come up there, TOO COLD! We'll stay down here. Was 80 today, had to turn on the A/C to keep the house cool.
I'll come up after that new Paint has cured.

It was actually in the 60's here today thankfully!!
3 days ago our daughter that lives in Orlando reported 28 on her Jeep temp. gauge. :eek:

today the temp is 12 with the wind chill of -10 again winds blowing 30 + today and Dixie got out of that business years ago , knees would not take it anymore and tired of dealing with the public , techs bitchin all the time , insurance people

:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin: just got home from the shop , started polishing the top 1000 , then went to 1500 , then wetsanded with 3000 , started with a heavy cut of compound and ready to go to a finer cut tomorrow , hopefully have the trailer home by this weekend
