New Product for The Prowler...

I've been looking at this product thats available from Chris at The Prowler Store. It is an area that i've often thought needs something to dress it up...
at $339.95/set they are not cheap, but nothing is for these cars so I have put it on my list for next fall along with the cowl that goes around the wiper area....
I really like the etched lettering...

Wasn't someone selling those on the other side and etched ?? I think it was a couple years ago, but don't remember them being that expensive and you could do custom etching.

I believe this is mylar stick on as the information warns of dusting the item before cleaning to avoid scratching... I first thought it was stainless steel...
its a great improvement on the look...

I got mine from Real Rod. They are four piece and you could have them etched and they didn't cost that much....and they are stainless.

I would love a set but know that Bob is gearing his busines down and it is for sale.... Prompt delivery has been an issue there for a while...Bob hasn't posted here since July 2005.

Jim, if you want to ask him if he's up for producing a group purchase of them, I'd be in for that. Sill plate that say "Prowler" or "Krzy Kat" would be cool.

YES - as I recall he had two sets. One that replaces or goes over the door sill, and then another one inside/outside of that one ?? I thought they were only like $100 / set. Etching may be more ... I don't really remember - was like 2 years ago on ************* But yeah, I'd like to do that if we did a group thing, especially when you hear that they might not be available anymore.

One goes on the sill the other one is inside of that and I think it's called a carpet protector....

The Look Is Great, But After Awhile It Will Get All Scratched Up, And Into The Garbage It Goes.
