Now that Kyle and I are both at home full time and the kids are grown, its time to spend some much needed time with Ms.Kitty...bought almost 11 years ago, have since only put 17,000 miles on it, and now we want to enjoy it.
However--being so busy with everyday life there are some things that have fell through the cracks as far as repairs on the Kat.
1. Driver's Side window popped out of track (probably regulator shot from what we read)
2. Rear window defrost wire pulled from harness
3. Hood Struts need to be replaced
While these are hopefully minor repairs, we are asking which is best to use on each..if anyone has any input we would GREATLY appreciate it.
We have been reading various post on each thread, and we both have different opinions on what/how to use/repair..Guess that is from both of us growing up in Parts Stores..lol

THANKS RICK FOR BACKING MY CHOICE

Glad to help. The struts come black or chrome and your hood will raise higher than the stock ones, keep us posted.:tu:

Glad to see that you're still around...
I also agree with the LS Tech struts.... The chrome ones are really nice.

Regarding the L.S. struts, they're quite easy to install. :tu:

If you take your Prowler to any Glass Shop in your area, Safelite, etc, they can repair your Defroster Wire. Shouldnt cost too much either..:tu:
