Sorry it takes so long to get the word out that we are OK as is Kandy Kat. Touch down about a mile south and half mile east. Many homes destroyed with injuries in the new section of Villages. Lady lake area mobile homes destroyed as well as some cinder block homes, multiple deaths.

Our Governator just left the Villages area for Lady Lake. They are saying over 1000 homes in The Villages were damaged and at least 100 are totally destroyed. Again this is south of us and we are south of Buck Neked. Destroyed homes were 80 % woodframe and 20 % cinder block/stucko. 14 deaths reported in Lady Lake area.

JUST GOT IN TO CHECK OUR RENTAL PROPERTY & WOW----IT IS HARD TO BELEIVE. SOME HOMES COMPLETLY DESTROYED & A BLOCK AWAY NOT EVEN A BLADE OF GRASS OUT OF PLACE. IT'S HARD TO KEEP US OLD FARTS DOWN & WE WILL BE JUST FINE & BACK TO NORMAL SOONER THAN LATER. THANKS FOR ALL THE PRAYERS & CONCERNS.
