I like the phrase " I doubt if there is another one in the world like it."

I have been told by dealer friends that they often put a 'sold' sign in a car to spark interest. If somebody else wants it....its human nature to want to something like it. Not sure I buy (no pun intended) into that.

I never buy from anyone with zero feedback....but I guess we all started out at that point somewhere along the line.

My car originally came from Colorado also, so I just checked my VIN to make sure some scammer wasn't selling my car.

I don't think they advertised it very well, and that could affect the sale price, but I'd say 43-44 sounds about right. It's something when these people hold these cars this long, expecting them to go up in value and then they give up and let them go. Someone that times them right will make some decent money I think.

I'm with Dave!!!

Maybe this guy should seel a few disposable lighters first to achieve some sort of EBAY status.

Also...why is this...???

"Your User ID will be shown only to you and the seller of the item you're bidding on."

Why do they keep the identities of the bidders a big secret???

I asked about the reserve and also if wheels were in good shape. This is the reply I got back:

this car is flawless,it has been on the show room floor since new.our reserve is 55,14 people will call if it does not sell but we will probably send to barrett jackson auction.thank you.

Hey I love my Candy as much as anyone, but 55 ?? Ain't happening my friends.

After seeing what an all black Cat with trailer brought at this years Barrett Jackson and when you consider the percentage cost to sell the car AND shipping the car closed trailor to BJ I don't think that will help. However you never know there!
