cooked on a grille with cherry wood

3 pounds of ground chuck, 1 package liptons onion soup mix, 1/2 cup sweet baby rays bbq sauce, 2 tsp of worchestor, one vidalia onion chopped very fine and saute'd with worchestor sauce, 1/2 cup rothsheild rasberrry wasabi mustard, 2 eggs, several drops of liquid smoke.......mix all and then make patties.....cook on charcoal grill with mesquite wood, slathered in more sweet baby rays bbq.......um

ketchup, on a Kaiser roll, kosher dill pickle on the side.

That's pretty dang close Tom..... I like to add some grilled jalapenos just to give my innards something to think about. :biggrin:

There is nothing like a great backyard burger hot off the grill with the works! Virtually all the fast food places suck majorly...There is an odd...I mean really an odd time I get a craving for a Big Mac..
