Freakin Hot today

we just lost our A/C last night around 10 pm and man was a horrible night , 86 degrees in the house this morning and I just got home at 92 inside the house , A/C man will be here sometime between now and 5pm, one of the hottest days of the year with no a/c, Hopefully he can get it fixed today:smflame::smflame::smflame::smflame:

Crap, Doug - I hope you guys get that fixed today.
Same thing happened to us last year. We've got two separate units and the one that cools the back part of the house incl. the bedroom wasn't working. After one night without A/C, I voted for putting a mattress in the living room to sleep but thankfully the guy was able to fix it.

Why doesn't the AC ever break down in thge middle of winter when you don't need it?:devil Hope you get it fixed soon.

We have experienced NO A/C in the Summer Heat AND No Heat in the Winter Cold.:eek:

well finally got the A/C running , poss have to replace the unit this fall , but will try to get one more year out of it , house is sitting at a cool 87 :smflame::smflame::smflame:right now , poss take all night and tomorrow to get this house cooled back off , going to be in the upper 90's all week and index in the range of 110 to 115 , Deadwood cool temps looks pretty good right now

Would you believe our pump went out on one of swap coolers. Lucky it was just jammed up and repair was only a half an hour. Little warm today 110. In fact over 100 last week and this week too.

That's why I have a separate system in my garage. And a generator if I lose power. :biggrin::biggrin: I can always sleep in the garage, makes a nice dog house.
