Ladies & Gents;

My check engine light has illumiated and I am getting OBD2 Error code: P0170 which is Fuel Trim Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1) aka forward O2 sensor, driver side.

I have replaced the fwd, driver side 02 sensor and cleared the code and the check engine light has come back on. Any ideas? How can I verify that the original 02 sensor is okay?

I have done some research online (not very helpful) and some people said it could be moisture (it's been really humid here) in the exhaust caused by moisture in the fuel filter/regulator.
Thoughts or Ideas are welcomed? :?:

Might be a bad sensor, Try changing sensor with one of the other senors and see if the problem moves.

I did replace the 02 sensor.

I'm saying move it to see if it still acts up in another spot. If it dose then the senor is bed. if it works OK then there might be another problem.

Check engine light? Had it come on for me & it was a loose
gas cap. Disconnected one battery cable, waited five minutes,
reconnected & it never came on again.

Didn't check for the error code.
