I know I hear that all the time but my Insurance company says if I ever have an accident, and the only front protection is gone, they will NOT pay.....That would suck!

The Seats are a combination of Champagne colored Leather with a Buttercream Tweed. The stitching is a copper thread (hard to see in a picture) as well as the 'Prowler' stitching. The Ragtop is a Light Saddle Color...

If you do get in an accident the bumper could do more harm than good since they are really there for looks in-order for Dc to get passed DOT REGS..and THEY are bolted to the frame and if the they take any small hit it will brake off the frame and the car will be total loss due to frame damage.. with out the bumper you have to get a really hard hit to brake the frame..

Very customized and personalized...I think that's why I like it so much!!!

I really admire you guys that go over the edge on mods.:tu:

From Jim (Halicat) to his sweet Hellcat design and even Paul (Kruizin Kat) with his front bumper removal to follow up with his new directional lights placed behind his grill. This is only to mention a couple of customized kats.

I for sure am envious. I am TRYING VERY HARD to keep my 97 as close to stock as possible but man is it hard!!!

This is one of my favorite pics of this kat!

The interior looks so much better than the original.

Just unbolt them to start with, the bumper replacement kits that most of us have are for covering up the hole, and for turn signals.

Hey Russell, you know a Vette owner over in Citrus County here in Florida? Met a guy, Bob, who belongs to The Citrus Cty. Corvette Club, says he knows you. They had 11 Vettes at the car show Sun. down in webster.
When you get the "Bumper Delete" kit installed I'll buy the painted front bumpers from you, if you want to dump them. Jim PS: I have the kit that relocates the parking/turn lights behind the top of the grill and has a flat panel that fills the bumper opening. Do not know who makes the kit though.

Real Rod sold a kit like that....
I don't know how much he is doing with the Prowler parts anymore, haven't heard much from Bob lately....
