Thanks a bunch to JustAKid who started us on that $#it in Branson :mrgreen:

Then at the New Year's Party Sno & Freeze made a whole batch for us ....... so now

it was time for us make our own :mrgreen:

We here at Moddersville buy and sell about $30,000.00 a year in jerky, So If you start making it and selling it to me you will be rich, Rich I tell ya.

All your money problems will be solved, You will be able to buy a home in the Hampton's.

The only problem there folks is I used 97 % lean hamburger and in 4 hrs I was done , you all are doing it the hard way , but looks good
