I've never been into collecting Prowler memorabilia but I see Chris (CNote) is the only one that has placed a bid thus far. Are they really that valuable?

I'd say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But sounds like an awful lot of money for a toy car ??? Especially when you can get a limited supply item that is FUNCTIONAL such as a trailer that I assume will appreciate likewise and you can get some utility out of it. I mean what were there, like 36 candy trailers made ?? Buy one of those and stick it in your garage if that's what you're into.

I can understand that, I have paid twice that for train cars for my Lionel trains. I mean rolling stock, not engines.

I'm with KK! That's way too much money for a model...even if it is a Prowler.

$500 is a GOOD deal for that puddle ..they have sold for a lot more than that....at one point I had all 3 puddles...

Dave
Jay is into Lionel's too. Do you have any photos?

When we remodeled the house, I had to take them down. I am currently building a new room for them. So I have no photos at this time to post. Right now I have around fifty sets dating to 1936, but I can only run about 30 at a time. All 0-27

Sounds like you have a very nice collection. We just moved a few months ago & these weren't a priority, thus the last to get unpacked. I'll have Jay take a photo & send you.

Nancy, I just looked at the pics of Jay's trains. A nice collection there. I will have to take some of what I have out right now. But they are in disarray because I am starting to put them away to move to the new room.

Nancy, I put a couple pics of my trains in my album. I won't have my new laoyout up and running until the new room is ready.

it appears that the link at the top of the post does not work, but if you go to the actual members gallery, they work?
