I don't think We will be able to make it.

As we are planning a wedding in Las Vegas.
This will cost us a small fortune. The hotel alone for 4 nights is over $2000.00 a room, But it is a new one and we need 4 rooms.

The dress is being made as we speak to the tune of a bunch more $$$.
The chapel is reserved and it will ony 80 people. So someone will have to sit outside!:rll:

For everyone to go there we charter a plane (Delta) it is all coming together but it will come at a high cost. So We might have to sit this one out.

Pepe and Miss Kitty made me give them proof of insurance, give them a $500 deposit to cover the dedcutible on the insurance, charged me $250 per day rental plus $.25 per mile. Car washes and premium gasoline at my expense also. Then I had buy their dinner and drinks on the way to and from the Nursing Home Nationals. Also, I still am under contract to provide at least a dozen bags of Flaming Hot Lays potato chips before years end! The rest is just money, finding these damn chips has been a nightmare.:biggrin:

The hotel is actually in Tiftonia, TN.It's more central for the cruises we're going on and it's not in the middle of the sticks :biggrin:

booked, How close is tail of the Dragon?

We looked into doing the tail of the Dragon but it's so out of the way that we would have had to spend the night somewhere close by, meaning checking out of the hotel in Tiftonia and checking back in the next night and the hotel did not want to do that for the same rate.
Plus the hassle of packing and unpacking...

The route to Helen is very scenic and there are plenty of curves :biggrin:

right now we plan on making the Helen Cruise on Friday so folks won't have to spend
all day driving Saturday AND Sunday but we might move the Helen cruise to Saturday if weather won't cooperate on Friday ;-)
