Do we really need this forum?

We barely get 5-6 new topics a day in general discussion........ I doubt we will have many posts here, and it's just another forum to check all the time. For now, I don't see the need for more than just "general" and "off topic"...

This forums was added due to few members asking for it.. I think this section is good as we all are very anal about keeping all of our rides clean and can share many good ideas with everyone....Also it may get us more things to talk about... i don't know if it is not used we will replace it with something else...

The forum is easy to navigate and if you use the "posts since last visit", it doesn't matter how many categories there are. All the active ones come up with one click. It takes time to build a base and generate activity...give it a chance.

i used the Rainex and wasn't happy either....i keep a small bottle of water between the consol and the passengers seat so it can sit upright and far enough down so it can't be seen.... when the window gets dirty i wet the rag, I keep under the drivers seat, and clean the windshield.....
quality of windshield wipers are key.....get the best... regardless of the price.. its worth it...

remember Rainex blows !

note: if the haze is purple, someone has put something in your drink.. :idea:

Carrying some extra water is a good idea. However we all work at keeping our windows clean and never clean the wipers. They need attention and cleaning as well.

I've used Rain-X for years,,,,works for me. You have to "read" the directions,,,,,put on 2 or 3 coats. Finally,,,,wet a paper towel or two,,,,and rub the glass again and dry off.

If you always drive your car under 30mph,,,,then don't bother to try it.
