a gay dude went to the Doctor cause he wasn't feeling well... the doctor ran some tests and told him to come back in 2 weeks for the results...
2 weeks later.. the gay dude went to see the Doc and was told he had AIDS..... Gay dude was very upset and crying ... the Doctor told him to settle down there was something he could do....
The Doctor told him to go get a dozen beer, 2 lbs of peperoni and a package of x-lax....when he got home he was to take all the x-lax, drink all the beer and eat all the peperoni.....
the Gay dude asked " wil that cure my AIDS ?"
"No " said the doctor " but it sure as hell will teach you what your asshole is for ""
