Cops Who Care Toyz 4 Totz Cruise December 6, 2009
WICKENBURG RUN & CAR SHOW, open to all car enthusiasts
WHERE: Community Center in Wickenburg, Az
ENTRY FEE: ONE (1) UNWRAPPED TOY for a child in need of a happier Christmas
ACTIVITIES AT THE CAR SHOW: Raffles, Chinese Auction, Vendor and Craft sales, Kid's Booth's, Food, and the wonderful oldies by Cruisin DJ's. There are also several nearby Wickenburg restaurants within close walking distance.

Entry fee is one (1) unwrapped toy - 10am-3pm - Wickenburg Community Center - downtown Wickenburg (watch for signs)
EAST VALLEY CARS:
We will meet at the McDonald's on N. Dobson Road, just off of the 202 freeway at Dobson Road exit (about one block south of BassPro Shop store) > at 6:50am.
Departing there at 7:00am, taking the 101 north freeway, over to the I-17 north exchange. Its 39 miles (40 minutes) to the Chevron station off I-17 and Carefree Highway, putting us there by 7:45am. 20 minutes there for restroom break and coffee refill, and depart at 8:05am SHARP.
NORTH VALLEY CARS:
Meet at the Chevron station on Carefree Highway, just directly east of I-17, at 7:45am. We will depart there at 8:05am SHARP. Taking the Carefree Highway west, its 40 miles to Wickenburg, putting us there at about 9:00am.
SOUTH AND WEST VALLEY CARS:
Take either the Loop 303, Loop 101, or Grand Ave. to the old U.S.60 highway to Wickenburg. Plan your trip to arrive at the Wickenburg McDonald's restaurant location by 8:40am. When you see our group of cars from the east and north valley approaching the curve leading to the McDonalds, carefully merge into traffic lanes with them.
This is a WEATHER PERMITTING EVENT. If it should be raining on sunday morning,we will not attend. Also, the car show in Wickenburg usually ends at 3:00pm. If you have other plans for that afternoon or evening, feel free to leave at any time. Food vendors are at the car show, plus there are many restaurants nearby for breakfast/lunch meals, if you so choose.
If you have a two way radio, bring along and set to channel 10-0 for travel chat. If you have a voice activated unit, please have the VOX feature off. PLEASE have a full tank of fuel before leaving home, or do a quick top off at the I-17 Chevron station. Remember that we are departing the Chevron at 8:05 SHARP. Bring along folding chairs, water, and/or beverages. Sorry, due to travel time plans there will be no wake-up calls if late, or waiting for stragglers to arrive at meeting points. You will have to catch up to the others this year.
