I know everyone is dying to know what I've been up to in Phoenix (yeah right). Well, I'm working on a condo conversion project...149 units total. The website will show how we're upgrading the units to look like new. Be patient, the website is not 100% complete....
The best part: Camelback & 24th St. is one of the top locations in the state. We have the lowest priced condos (by far) of anyone in the area. Someone can own a condo with really nice amenities here for $119,900.00! Can't get that done in So Cal.
