old and lost need help

Could someone email me and tell me how to update to the current topics, but cant get past last visit of 8-3-06 to read the current stuff

There is a link at the top right of the home page that says

"View posts since last visit"

If you are logged in You will see
Log out [ cmblockhus ]
at the top of the forum

Once you are logged in if your PC accepts cookies then the View last posts link should work
