Prowlin' Atlanta 2007

The DIXIE KAT PACK will host Prowlin' Atlanta 2007 in conjunction with the 5th Annual MOPAR SOUTHERN CLASSIC, Saturday 28 April 2007... MARK YOUR CALENDAR NOW to attend this event.

More information will be posted ASAP but some of the "highlights" will be 3 GRAND DOOR PRIZES...
(1) a Brand New 18' Dual Axle Open Car Hauler with Brakes.

(2) Two sets of 2ea Roundtrip Tickets anywhere in the AirTrans System.

(3) Two rides in the Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure, Experience FULL THROTTLE living the day of the show.

Additionally there will be a Prowler ONLY class for judging and you will even get to drive your Prowler on the high bank Atlanta Speedway!!!

This is going to be FUN, FUN, FUN, Dixieland Style.

The flyer that was passed out at the Turkey Rod Run only indicates it is a one day event on Saturday April 28th beginning at 8 a.m. This is the first time it will be held at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Jay will post more as he receives them from the North GA Mopar Club.

As Nancy and I are "new" to the neighborhood, we are currently researching what's to do within and beyond the "official" time constraints of the MOPAR Show. We will keep y'all posted.

Any suggestions from some of the "locals" are most welcomed.

FIRST... we are in the process of establishing a DIXIE KAT PACK membership area that will be a devoted informational space for our planned events, so stay tuned the ProwlTalk and be l@@king for that soon.

SECOND... Prowlin' Atlanta 2007 has taken a BIG turn at the request of many Prowler Owners requesting this MOPAR Event be the launch of a Great Spring Fling... lots of Yankees want to join in the DIXIELAND Fun, Fun, Fun and enjoy some warmer weather after the winter hibernation.

THIRD... Prowlin' Atlanta 2007 (TENTATIVELY) will begin Friday, April 27 for arrival of the out of town Kats... Saturday, April 28 will be the 5th Annual MOPAR Event @ Atlanta Motor Speedway... Sunday, April 29 will be for driving to Orlando and WALT DISNEY WORLD... Monday & Tuesday, 30 April & 1 May will be spent enjoying all Mickey Mouse has to offer... Wednesday, 2 May will be spent driving to Key West... Thursday & Friday, 3 & 4 May will be for basking in the Florida Sun and the many, many activities of the Florida Keys before departing on Saturday, 5 May 2007... back to reality!!!

WOW... making laps in you Prowler @ the Atlanta Motor Speedway... Mickey Mouse and Key West... what more could you ask for???

This will be a BIG ONE and will require LOTS of advance planning and commitments from each area’s Kat Owners to make it all work to everyone's Prowlin’ enjoyment, so be ready to participate and help out.

Pre-registration is required, so do it NOW... you may do this via eMailing Chris Street, 2007moparshow@mindspring.com (2007moparshow@mindspring.com) and requesting an Entry Form. The regular show entry, if postmarked by 21 April 2007, is $25 which includes 2 event entry tickets, dash plaque, goody bag and a door prize entry ticket. Make sure you let him know you are a participating Prowler with the DIXIE KAT PACK.
