a pirates red coat.....

a pirate ship was sailing the seas looking for treasure..
a yell came from the crows nest "Arrrr captain, there be a ship comin"
the captain looked in his spy glass and saw a huge ship heading right for them....
"Arrrr mateys ! " yelled the captain
"Prepare for battle !! "

as the ship got closer... the captain said to the first mate..
" Arrrrrrr matey , go below and get my red coat"

the first mate did as he was told and with the red coat on, the pirates fought and won the battle....

later... a crew member asked the captain what was so special about the red coat....

" arrrrrrr " said the captain, " I wore the red coat so if i was stabbed , the crew wouldn't notice and keep fighting"

the crew thought that was very brave.......

The next day.. a yell came down to the captain " aarrrrr captain..... ships be headed this way !!! "

the captain looked in the spy glass and saw at least a dozen huge ships bearing down on his vessel...

he thought a moment... then yelled at the first mate.....

Arrrr matey !! Quick go below and fetch my brown pants !!! "
