guys, I really didn't want to sell these items but buying the hardtop has forced me to part with all these goodies....everything is from my 2000 black Plymouth Prowler and were items that were on the car when i got it with 2800 miles on it.

I will not offer these on the other site and only on ebay if they do not sell here. I struggled to find the best way to offer these item that was 100% fair, this seemed like the best way.

I think I have priced them fair and will sell them to the first person that confirms purchase. prices are in US Funds
If you want an item, post your intentions on this thread for all to see. I will not reserve them for you on a pm or email.

plenum:$200.00 ***********SOLD TO SCOT**********

front bumpers $300.00/set********SOLD TO DREAMER*******

headlights:$550.00/set...i will pay the shipping

great condition, this will need the covers, I used the ones from this set on the set i have on the car now. cost from the dealer for the covers is less than $50.00 for both.

I will have to send them by Canada Post.

these are all great items to get painted and modded out without having to lay up the car longer than the time it takes to swap the parts.

you can then sell the ones you took off, to recover the money you spent

I forgot to mention that the headlights and turn signal lights have been pin striped, they can be removed without a problem

Thanks for the offer Jim!

The prices look great but I don't need any of these items at the present time.

You just posted them so I would give them a little time!

hey guys,

sorry, its 6am and i'm just waking up..........

Scot, the plenum will fit the 2001...

DC, the price of $300 is for both the front bumpers ...

I don't think there is any duty on used parts. I'll see if I can get a shipping estimate by the weekend......

Jimbo: Need SkanKat to approve. Tentative hold on it for a couple hours (she back on Pacific time).

Would be great if you can find out shipping. If shipping costs too much, we may just pick it up personally next fall.

I was thinking of doing the Mills rear bumper removal in the spring.....I may be able to do all four for you.....

my rear bumpers have the chrome shimmers ...

that means my custom trans cooler cover will have to go as well....

Scot,

The plenum will cost $45 to ship for delivery in 10 days
$79 to get it there in 5-6 days, these are working days

Dreamer,

It would be a bit more expensive for your bumpers as they are heavy and the box would be alot bigger, I'm guessing $65 for the 10 day service. If you are interested in all four bumpers you can have them for 545.00 plus the shipping cost. this means you will get the rear bumpers for $245.00/set and they come with the chrome bumper Shimmers that cost me around $100 (these Shimmers are no longer available).

I can ship the items out and then you guys can pay me when i know the exact shipping cost. or I can have them ready for pick up...

let me know....

and now ... what about the headlights ? 8)

No heat here. Painted bumpers black look a lot better than gray. That said.bumpers off the front and leave them on the back is to my liking. Both off is better.

Looks nice. I think I would paint the rear mudflaps also. Its not a real hard mod to do.

halicat
11-04-2006, 12:38 PM
i'm going to try that chrome paint for the front and back mudflaps...

if you picture the ones in the picture red... it would be an improvement...

Nasty Cat
11-04-2006, 12:59 PM
you could also get them flamed

halicat
11-04-2006, 01:14 PM
yes .. that was a thought...

Travis will have to look at the hardtop and see if he will need to add some flames to the trunk when he paints the top.... The flaps may end up getting a flaming...lol

Nasty Cat
11-04-2006, 04:41 PM
the flames would look good going from exaust tips up the rear pan

Scott Drolet
11-04-2006, 10:13 PM
Hey Jim, Tom Mills just sent me pics of the new pan he's designed that incorporates a custom hitch he's having fabricated. He also makes the same pan in a version that deletes the reverse lights and allows the use of bumpers if you prefer. I have the pan and hitch on order now and he thinks I'll have it in late December. Here's what it looks like:

(One of the pictures shows it with a weekender. That's gotta be your next step now that you've got the hardtop!)

Thanks Scott,

I love this mod...I've looked at all the rear end mod panels out there and never thought i'd buy one... until I saw this one from Tom and now he is going to offer one with a hitch....first class all the way.

That is going to be an extreme Kat when your done Scott... but i'm wondering if "done" will ever happen... :tu:

Thanks guys for the purchases.....

All I have left is the set of headlight assemblies... I will order new covers from the dealer tomorrow and will probably have them in a week..... if there are no takers here , I will put them on ebay...

I've never sold on ebay and was wondering if I should put a "buy it now" price of $650 hoping for a quick sale....any suggestions ?

thanks

Jim

My past experience with Buy It Now is that u have to put it @ a really low price. If u're not in too big of a hurry, then let it run the full course.

In my opinion Buy It Now is always worth the cost. I put the Buy It Now option on everything I list on eBay and sell about 1 in every 4 with Buy It Now. It only costs an extra .25 or .35 cents, I cant remember for sure. Ask higher than you expect to get for your Headlights or higher than your Reserve, if you have a Reserve Auction....you never know who might buy. Good luck!

I am going to offer the lights to any member here for $550, i'll pay the postage to anywhere in the USA or Canada. these will be shipped with the covers, but you will want to order new ones from the dealer. mine have broken screw hole tabs and originally were the ones off the set I have on the car now....new ones are less than $50 for both. I don't care if you sell them on ebay, make some profit... doesn't matter to me.

my kitchen stove has just died along with the microwave and i need new ones...also I had to pass off my hardtop deal on to someone else....

shit happens, and I happened to step in it....

Ah well, on the bright side, Scott can't say no to the next group by during tax-returns 2007

True ... but I think this whole "Stove & Microwave" thing is a red herring - a fraud. Jim needs to fess up and tell us what really happened. Mainly that his wife found out about spending money on the kat at xmas time - and she threatened to KICK HIS ASS.

LOL :)

just joking buddy, I know all too well. Yeah, march might work great for me.
Good luck on the headlights

For now I will hang on to them rather than sell them for dirt.... I'm thinking of taking them to the paint shop and have the fire flames added to the outside and leave the inside reflectors alone.
This way if I ever get a chrome grill then i can see how the other style lights look...

Thank you for all the interest...

Jim
