Texas Size Snake

Manor, Texas is 12 miles Northeast of downtown Austin. Rattlesnakes are
not the only one’s looking for water or cool areas – Copperheads are also.
Reminder to watch our children and small pets. Barn cat might have
difficulty with one this size.

A friend at DPS had sent this to me thought I would share.

Brace yourselves for this picture... This bad boy measured 7 feet, 6inches!!!!!
Police Chief Robert Snyder shot him this morning INSIDE a homeowner's nice
yard in ShadowGlen, on the north side of 290 in Manor. The lady had FOUR
kids playing in the yard at the time!!!
Please be really careful to watch out for snakes. In this drought, they
are coming in closer, looking for water. They just mentioned today that
local ER's are noting a substantial rise in snakebite cases
