Hello All
The name is the Silver Bullet, it's my recently purchased 2000 silver Prowler. Picked it up in a little place called Chilliwack BC just out of Vancouver. It's a Canadian Car built in the USA for Canada so it's got KM over Miles on the Speedo
The previous owner did some minor mods to her but Im going to add to his list. Im looking for information on
Cold Air intake
Exhaust
Gears
running non run flats

Gears are THE BEST dollar for dollar money spent in order to get some speed in your prowler. Even with the wide tires, they now chirp from 1st to 2nd gear. The extra RPM's at low speed combined with Jay's SSS exhaust system make it lots of fun to drive. Accelerating 1st-2nd-3rd under an overpass or bridge now makes it sound like you're an Indy Car.
Bad news is the gas mileage, my prowler gets worse gas mileage than my 5.7 liter Durango. I can't drive 200 miles before hitting empty But WHO CARES ... its more fun than any carnival ride.
I got run-flats so i can only give hear-say info ... basically non-run-flats are better ride, performance, etc.
Cold-Air - same story, but I've read MANY stories where it is debated whether it does ANYTHING to help with the config of the prowler. Turbo or Supercharge are great, expensive, and hard to get installed propelry.
If you have some money, you might want to contact Dean, who is the one that has the gears, headers (a kit for $2999 now i think) He also does wild work like bore&stroke out 3.5's into 5.0 ... but that's $$$$

I would like to see a pic of the Canadian speedo. My kat was a Canadian model brought to the USA. I was told the speedo is the same for both countries. A picture would verify this or not.
Thanks.

Thanks Jim,
Someday I'll have to track down a Canadian Speedo to keep with my stock parts so that I can say I have everything it came with from the factory. (Don't ever expect to sell the kat but it would help it's value if I ever was in that situation).
