Window Regulator

Well I did not get to work on the prowler yesterday but spent today doing what had to be done after an early morning at the beach with Enzo and some other car guys...

Installed Tom Mills window regulator on my passenger side and of course the quality is beyond expectations as all is items are! Also installed new struts for the hood from LS Tech and again quality is excellent.

I am sure my drivers side will be going sometime in the future but hopefully after they have caught up on the production.

Great to have these guys out there making parts for the car we love..:tu:

I was at it for 4 hours but minus phone calls and the other distractions it was more like 3 hours. Now that I did it I would say it would take me about 2 hours to do it again.

Tom was here for the past two days. He has 30 names on the list for regulators, but he did not have the list with him. He said he should have the parts in about three weeks to fill all existing orders. It will take him a couple weeks to put them together. I will keep you posted on the status. I talk to him every week or so.

Tom is filling the orders for all the broken ones first. The rest of us are waiting. As far as I know, he has all the orders. He will be at the Smokies this week, so he won't be home to check.

my driver side one needs to be replaced but I'll temp. fix it for now. I'll wait till next spring to check out this fix. I want to see how they work out for everyone.

I have had my passenger side install most of the summer and it works much better then the stock one, much smoother action when opening and closing the window. Excellent product and will switch my drivers side over once Tom is caught up.:tu:
