Never had too, you can park any place in Las Cruces and never parallel park. So I would be knee shit in trouble if I would have to.So is there anyone out there with the same problem. I even have problems backing up (5' 5") have problems seeing the front fenders. I still love the kat, just got to grow. Yes, high heels are out of the question.:devil

Have you tried the blind spot mirror. In the right angle you can see the rear tire with ease. I have them on all of my cars.

Haven't had to do so in years. Remember when I went to night school
at Rutgers in Newark, NJ. YOU HAD TO! Was pretty good at it back then in the 70s. Today, forget about it.

The section of town I grew up in, I had to parallel park all the time. I haven't had to for about 35 years. I still can, if I have to but not like I used to.

Dave, same here. I was brought in Detroit and thats all we had was parallel parking. I still think with the Prowler It would not be to much fun doing it every place you went.:eek2:

The only good thing about parallel parking is you don't have to worry about scraping the nose...:devil

Growing up north of Detroit we only had parallel parking so I learned a simple trick in early age that I never forgot. When you're backing in the spot you look in the store front window and see your car in the reflection and how much space is in front and in back of you.

This ain't no dress rehearsal !

Not a good idea to rely on Pat (that's me).
Even if try to get give directions standing next to the car,
Norm can't see me and if I yell he can't hear me :frown:
