Went out to eat last weekend and wife got light headed and could hardly walk...had to rush her to a urgent care center. Everything turned out ok. Felt paniced and helpless...

Many times when my kids were teenagers I felt panicked

But I surely would not let them know,,, or let Sno know I was nervous

The most recent time I felt panicked is when Tom's sister died unexpectedly in November.... And I realized the finances for the family business was now on my shoulders... It now became up to me to make sure our employees received paychecks,,,bills got paid,,,, all the various taxes were handled-(the monthly, quaterly, & yearly),,,money went to the right bank accounts,,,,and the inventory was monitored daily (which I did anyways).....and keep track of the A/R accounts.

What was the last thing that caused you to panic?

Going to the hospital last night.

For me it was back in 2001 waking up with a pain on the left side of my heart & left elbow (felt like two vices), plus numbness in all four limbs. To make a long story short, turned out to be a pinched nerve.

Ron to young for that u need to take care dude

Something you should look into Ron are vitamins & supplements, especially garlic pills. I smoke two packs fo cigarettes a day, have three to four mixed drinks every night, but my pressure is normal.
Of course I try not to let anything upset me as well, as you reach
a certain age like who gives a $hit.

Garlic cleanses your blood, thus you lower your pressure. I take two a day. Go with a buffered or gelcap type, as the ones that look like garlic in a clear capsule can make you actually smell like garlic.

I also take a multi, a C, a E, & two ginkgo bilobas (good for the memory & cognition) a day. I swear by my vitamins.

It's time like this that you find your true character, and you should be commended for the additional responsibilties and hardship you had endure. What a Trooper...

Take care of yourself Ron, way too young to be dealing with this type of issue.

Feeling much better this morning.. Things should be back to normal soon I hope.. Medication I'm taking works well, but it hits me pretty hard for the first hour or so after I take it... Makes me drowsy, and I think I start talking to myself... LOL
Lucky for me I only have to take it twice a day. Hopefully my system will adjust to it, and I won't have those side effects very long.

2 years ago last November

Left work on my Segway to get lunch for the wife and me...6 blocks from work while crossing the street with a signal light and in the crosswok..just as I was about to get to the other side the guy that had been stopped decided to go...next thing I know I was airborn and then made a sudden stop on the pavement..then just stars...they did say I was speaking to the trama center when I arrived but I don't recall..
Still have one shoulder that is only about 70%...

hope you feel better, untill then thank god for legal drugs
