For any of the Nascar fans out there, we got us a race on the 1 mile track this Sunday in New Hampshire.
Its time to drink some Bud, and cheer for you favorite driver......
These short tracks sometimes bring out the badness in people , kinda like driving in LA....there are drive by cussings, vulgar hand signals, and a hissy fit or two by supposedly grown men... gotta love it !
being a member of true ""Prowler Trash""....me and mr. excessive himself.... AC..... try to guess who will win the race.... and we suck at our predictions every week......but like a stubborn dog on you leg... we keep on trying....
my picks for top five finishers are:
Kevin Harvick
Greg Biffel
Kurt Busch
Denny Hamlin
Elliot Sadler
darkhorse pick: Earnhardt jr
check out www.nascar.com click on races, then this weeks race, to get the up to date race info then and post some picks here .....
This week only.... the first person that posts the winner will get a free 18 month prowltalk Calendar donated by me...you must have it posted by the start of the race.
good luck and may God bless !

2. Carl Edwards - FORD
3. Kurt Busch - Dodge
4. Robby Gordon - Chevy
5. Martin Truex - Chevy

NASCAR inspection after the race, showed both Harvick and team mate Burton had their wheel rims laser cut by 3/1000ths of an inch in one spot ... to act similar to bleeder valves ...which are illegal in NASCAR. This allows excess air pressure buildup to escape while racing. Gray area of the rules, for sure, but was told no more use of them. We'll see how the cheaters do now
halicat

cheating bastards !
I thought JJ and Jeffy were at the head of the class for cheating.....
if its gray area then it will be called "creative modifications"....
I wonder how long it takes them to inspect the cars after the race ?

Jim - that team was told 'never' to bring those wheels [or anything like them] back to a NASCAR race. I think they got the message. They got off the hook this time,,,,,not next. Might be the reason Harvick is 10,000 points ahead in the Busch races?
