I side with the kid in the Altima. I can't say I would have done it any different.

He was trying to drive away from this idiot and the moron jumps in front of his car. Well, when you jump in front of moving cars nothing good really happens and he deserves to have his head shaved by the chassis. I hope the kid gets off with self defense.
