rain, rain, go away

Today is the 12th straight day we have had rain, it has not rained all day every day, but the sun hasn't shined more than a couple of hours total for nearly 2 weeks and it is getting very depressing. No prowler driving or motorcycle riding, because many of the rains have had up to baseball sized hail all carshows have been cancelled. Just got through watching the local news and rain is in the forcast everyday for the next week. Thinking about writing my congressman to see if they can pass a new law to push this rain up to Kansas and let Sally have the rest:biggrin:...like Sally it will take a long time to get back in control of my lawn, that is, if I ever to get to mow again:shock:

Dude , I feel your pain , mowed 3 times Friday Night , 1 time Sunday , and going to mow again tonight , the forecast for us is rain all next week so I am trying to get ahead and get the lawn mowed back down , only been to 1 cruise night due to weather , tried to go last night night but the rain clouds came rolling in and did not want to chance it , wed night might be able to get to another cruise

Well, no rain here in New Mexico.In fact not a good rain fall this year, just a little sprinkle. Our heavy rain is in August. We now stand at .48 inches of rain since Nov, 2008. So in other words we need rain.

We got 6 inches of rain this past weekend. The yard looked like a lake at times. Hopefully the damn moles drowned !!! :icon_twisted:
More rain and severe storms in store for tomorrow but by next week we're supposed to hit the 90's and dry up :banana:

we're not having a picture perfect day here,,,, it seems like we get one nice day,, and then a day of gloomy weather.
