Those look more like stick-ons in my opinion from the photos. Do you know if they are actually "working" vents?

I missed the description on the ones Rusty posted so I answered my own question.

Flexible Black Grille pad with three ABS chrome spears. Attaches as a peel and stick. Will not damage your cars paint. Easy installation - no cutting. Can be removed later back to stock fender.

The above are very similar to some on this site as well.

It's "functional" to the extend that it makes the Kat a WHOLE LOT uglier ! :rll::rll:
