Yeah,....... I like that look. Really finishes off that area. Never did like the felt.
Thanks guys for the compliments - yes, I'm quite happy how it turned out.
Doug - thanks for the info on the 'picture' - will try that next time !
Jim - there is a HUUUUGE difference in sound, but this might have to do with the 10" sub and the 500 W amp we added  ......the cover itself IMO is more optical but some other members said the sound was better !

The speaker cover thing looks good! I have a question. With the deck lid closed /down, you can see an ugly part of the top hinges. If there were a fiberglass piece made that would cover the visible part when the top is down be a marketable item. We are in the process of installing Wes's new system and while looking at the work in progress, I noticed this and thought a nice lloking part that would cover this up (only with the top down) would look very clean = good. Anybody got any thoughts?

I don't know WHICH part you're talking about - might be because (once again) my brain's on "weekend-mode"

Jay is working on a cover but it will be after the Power Tour before he can do more. Also, "Beware" is evaluating a SHIMMER for the speaker box cover.
...more after the Power Tour. 8)
Thanks.
